The heater for the jacuzzi was broken during our stay.

The indoor pool was a fun way to unwind, and the remodeled room was super clean and comfortable. We had a great time overall.

The staff was friendly and attentive, especially during breakfast. It was actually nice to see how dedicated the breakfast attendant was, she was restocking food as quickly as the guests were taking it. I admire that work ethic, even in the chaos of hungry travelers.

my family and I had a lovely stay at comfort suites. the queen suite with two queen beds was spacious and comfortable. we enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the friendly service from the staff. we also appreciated the indoor heated pool, which was perfect after a long drive. it's conveniently located near a few decent restaurants too.

I found markings on the walls and a damaged outlet in the living room area nearing complete disrepair. The thermostat needed attention and was almost dislodged from the wall, causing inconsistent temperatures. I encountered difficulties connecting to the Wi-Fi even after seeking assistance, which made it frustrating to stay connected. The pool was icy cold, and the spa was lukewarm at best. Security felt compromised since the pool door remained propped open. Also, I found the hallways uncomfortably hot and reported a malfunctioning lamp. Ice machines were limited to the first floor, which was inconvenient. Overall, several maintenance issues contributed to a less than pleasant experience.
